Role Overview:
- Supervise classes during teacher absences
- Deliver pre-prepared work and maintain a positive learning environment
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Support students in their learning

Ideal Candidate:

- Experience
- Experience managing behaviour of key stage 3 and 4. Classroom management experience in high schools. At least 3 months experience working in UK schools.
- Qualifications
- Educated to G.C.S.E level minimum. Preferably educated to degree level with a subject specialism. Any CPD is advantageous.
