Are you looking to gain classroom experience in a supportive school environment? Our partner school in Bradford is seeking Cover Supervisors to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident, adaptable, and passionate about education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising classes during teacher absences.
- Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment.
- Delivering pre-prepared work to students across a range of subjects.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
- Previous experience in education or working with young people is desirable but not essential.
