Job Opportunity: Level 3 Early Years Supply Practitioner - Bradford
Are you a passionate and qualified Early Years Practitioner looking for flexibility, variety, and the chance to make a real impact across multiple settings? We're seeking a dedicated Level 3 Early Years Supply Practitioner to join our team, working across a network of high-quality private day nurseries in Bradford.
About the Role
As a supply practitioner, you'll bring your expertise, enthusiasm, and nurturing approach to a range of nursery environments, supporting children aged 0-5 in their learning and development. You'll step in to cover staff absences, holidays, and busy periods, ensuring continuity of care and a stimulating environment for every child.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
Promote the prime areas of learning: communication and language, physical development, and personal, social and emotional development
Support specific areas of learning including literacy, mathematics, understanding the world, and expressive arts and design
Observe, assess, and contribute to planning for individual children's next steps
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment that supports children's interests and individual needs
Build positive relationships with children, families, and nursery teams
Requirements
Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)
Sound understanding of the EYFS statutory framework
Experience working with children aged 0-5 in nursery settings
Flexibility to work across different nurseries in the Bradford area
A proactive, adaptable, and professional approach
