This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to join a passionate and nature-led setting that places outdoor learning at the heart of its ethos.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking a candidate who:
Holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
Has previous experience working in nursery or early years settings
Is passionate about outdoor learning and child-led exploration
Brings enthusiasm, initiative, and a collaborative spirit to the team
Is committed to creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
