Are you a passionate and qualified Early Years Practitioner looking for a long-term role in a nurturing and community-focused setting? Our client, a charity-run nursery in WF1, is seeking a dedicated Level 3 practitioner to join their close-knit team on a permanent basis.
About the Nursery
This small, local nursery is built on a genuine passion for early years education and a commitment to providing the very best care for both children and staff. With an open-plan layout, a separate baby room, and generous outdoor space, the environment is designed to inspire play, exploration, and learning.

What We're Looking For
Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
Experience working with children aged 0-5
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
A warm, caring, and proactive approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
