Are you an experienced and resilient teacher with a passion for supporting young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? Our specialist SEMH school in Greenwich, London is seeking a dedicated Class Teacher to join our committed team.

Essential Requirements:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) - we are unable to accept applications without QTS, QTLS, PGCE or at least 5 years' experience as an unqualified teacher
Experience working with children or young people with SEMH or additional needs
A calm, positive, and resilient approach to teaching
A current DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Your Role Will Include:
Planning and delivering creative, engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of students
Managing classroom behaviour effectively using positive strategies and clear boundaries
Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils to support both academic and emotional progress
Working closely with colleagues, support staff, and external professionals to create personalised learning pathways
Monitoring and assessing pupil progress, celebrating achievements and identifying areas for development
Contributing to the wider school community, including extra-curricular activities and enrichment opportunities
