Salary: Up to £28,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
Join Our Growing Private Day Nursery in LS2!We are looking for a passionate, experienced, and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our large and vibrant nursery based in LS2. With spacious rooms, outdoor learning areas, and a strong focus on child-led play, our nursery provides an exciting, supportive, and enriching environment for both children and staff.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging, EYFS-based activities tailored to each child's development * Build strong, nurturing relationships with children and families * Support daily routines including meals, personal care, and outdoor play * Observe, assess, and track children's progress, contributing to learning journeys * Work collaboratively as part of a committed and friendly team * Follow all safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)- Previous nursery or early years experience- Good knowledge of the EYFS and child development- Strong communication skills and a caring, professional attitude- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
