What You'll Do:
As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, your role will be to support the delivery of high-quality education and care for children aged 0-5 years. You'll work alongside our qualified staff to create a stimulating, safe, and inclusive environment for children to learn and play.
Support children's development through play-based activities.
Assist with planning and delivering learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework.
Help create a safe and nurturing environment for children to grow, explore, and learn.
Provide emotional and practical support to children, helping them to develop social and independence skills.
Observe and report on children's progress and share feedback with the team.
Build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organised setting.
What We're Looking For:
Experience working with children in an Early Years setting (nursery, pre-school, primary school, etc.).
Passion for working with young children and supporting their growth and development.
No formal qualification required, but a Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification or similar would be a bonus (but not essential).
Great communication skills with children and adults alike.
A patient, empathetic, and creative approach to teaching and care.
Ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
A positive, can-do attitude with a love for supporting young children's learning.
DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
