The Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in creating engaging, safe, and stimulating learning environments where children can thrive. You will support children's social, emotional, and educational development through play-based learning and structured activities.
We Are Looking For Individuals Who:
- Hold a relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2, Level 3 or equivalent)
- Have experience working within a nursery, preschool, or school-based Early Years setting
- Understand the EYFS framework and child development
- Can build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Are caring, enthusiastic, and committed to helping children reach their full potential
- Have excellent communication and teamwork skills
