The Role
- Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis and within small groups
- Assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons
- Supporting children with additional learning and behavioural needs
- Helping to create a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment
- Working across EYFS, Key Stage 1, Key Stage 2 and Secondary settings

Essential Requirements
- Experience working with children or young people
- A positive, proactive and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
