Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Various SEN Schools across London Pay: £90 - £120 per day (depending on experience) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm (Hours can vary) Start Date: September 2026 (or ASAP)

You will be supporting children and young people with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, Speech & Language Needs, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), and Complex Needs.
The Role
- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis
- Assisting students with academic, social and emotional development
- Helping to manage behaviour positively and consistently
- Encouraging communication and independence
- Working alongside teachers, therapists and SEN professionals
- Creating a safe, engaging and supportive learning environment
We're Looking For
- A recent graduate (all degree subjects considered)
- Passionate about working with children and young people
- Resilient, patient and proactive
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential
- Experience in tutoring, mentoring, coaching, youth work or care settings is advantageous
