We're offering an exciting opportunity for a Team Manager to lead a thriving Primary Education desk, stepping into a well-established division while the current Director is on maternity leave. Who We're Looking For
We're open to strong leaders from a recruitment background. transferable sectors;
- Education Recruitment (ideal)
- Social Care or Care Management
- Nursing / Clinical
- Allied Health or Healthcare Services
What matters most is your ability to lead people, build relationships, and drive results.
You'll ideally have:
- Leadership or team management experience (or clear readiness to step up)
- A strong track record of performance, targets, or service delivery
- Experience building relationships in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
- A proactive, motivated, and commercially aware mindset
- A passion for supporting and developing others
