- Helping to build positive routines and encouraging independence
- Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored support plans
- Creating a calm, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
We're looking for someone who:
- Is patient, empathetic, and genuinely enjoys supporting young people
- Has experience working with children or vulnerable individuals (school-based experience is a bonus, not a must)
- Can build strong relationships and communicate clearly
- Is proactive and willing to get stuck in
What's on offer:
- Opportunities in a variety of supportive school settings
- Ongoing support from a friendly, honest recruitment team
- Flexible work to suit your availability
