Are you passionate about supporting young people in their education? Veritas Education is currently recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic Secondary Teaching Assistants to work across a range of welcoming and supportive secondary schools in Burnley and the surrounding areas.

???? The Role:
As a Secondary Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Work 1:1 or with small groups of students to support learning
- Assist students with additional needs, including SEN where required
- Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
- Provide feedback to teachers on student progress
✅ Requirements:
- Previous experience working with young people (school or similar setting preferred)
- A passion for education and supporting student development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to different schools and classroom environments
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
