As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting children's development, creating engaging learning experiences, and helping to provide a safe, nurturing environment where every child feels valued and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting children's learning and development through play-based activities
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Assisting with observations and learning journeys
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
- Supporting daily routines and nursery activities
- Following safeguarding and welfare procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification preferred
- Previous nursery or childcare experience
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive and enthusiastic approach
- A genuine passion for working with children
