Veritas Education is currently recruiting passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioners to join friendly and nurturing nursery settings across Wakefield. Whether you hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification, or have previous nursery experience, we would love to hear from you.
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing through creative and engaging activities. You will help create a safe, stimulating, and caring environment where children can build confidence, develop essential skills, and thrive during these important early years.
What we're looking for:
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification preferred
- Previous nursery or early years experience
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework
- Ability to support engaging and age-appropriate learning activities
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting child welfare
- Ability to create a positive and nurturing learning environment
