We're proud to work in partnership with a range of friendly primary and secondary schools across the Ribble Valley and are currently seeking caring, dependable Teaching Assistants for supply work. These roles are on a day‑to‑day and short‑term basis, ideal if you enjoy flexibility and variety.
Supply work is perfect if you like gaining experience across different schools, building local relationships, or fitting work around family life or other commitments.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting class teachers across EYFS, KS1, KS2 and/or Secondary
- Providing 1:1 support, working with small groups, or assisting the class as a whole
- Helping to create a positive, inclusive and well‑managed learning environment
- Supporting students with additional needs where appropriate
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with children within a school setting (UK experience preferred)
- Is kind, patient and adaptable
- Feels confident walking into new school environments
- Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification
- Has an enhanced DBS on the update service, or is happy to apply for one
