Are you passionate about helping children thrive in their early years and primary education? Do you want flexible, rewarding work that makes a real difference every day? We're expanding our team of dedicated support staff and would love to hear from you.
We work with a wide network of primary schools across Kirklees, Wakefield, and Bradford, providing high‑quality support staff to meet a variety of needs. We're currently recruiting for:
EYFS Support Staff
- Supporting children in Nursery and Reception
- Helping create a nurturing, play‑based learning environment
- Assisting with early phonics, numeracy, and social development
General Teaching Assistants (KS1 & KS2)
- Classroom support across a range of subjects
- Working closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons
- Providing small‑group or 1:1 support
SEN Support Assistants
- Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs
- Tailoring learning approaches to individual pupils
- Working across KS1 and KS2
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with children (school-based or similar)
- A positive, proactive attitude
- Reliability and a genuine passion for education
- Flexibility to work across different schools and year groups
- Relevant qualifications are beneficial but not essential
