Maths Teacher - Full Time (Long-Term)
Location: Skipton Start Date: After Easter Contract: Long-Term, Full-Time Salary: Paid to Scale DBS: Essential - must be on the Update Service
Veritas Education is working in partnership with a secondary school in the Skipton area to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher for a full-time, long-term role starting after the Easter break.
This is an excellent opportunity for a committed practitioner who is passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and supporting pupils in achieving their full potential. The successful candidate will take on full classroom responsibilities, including planning, delivering lessons, and marking in line with school and DfE expectations.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics
- Ability to plan, deliver, and assess high‑quality lessons
- A current DBS on the Update Service (essential)
- A professional, reliable, and supportive approach
