The Role
You will play a key role in supporting children's development in a safe, stimulating, and inclusive setting. Working alongside a supportive team, you'll help deliver creative, play-based learning while building meaningful relationships with children and families.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in delivering a range of engaging indoor and outdoor learning activities
Support children's social, emotional, and educational development
Contribute to observations, assessments, and progress tracking
Build positive and professional relationships with parents and colleagues
Ensure safeguarding, health, and welfare standards are consistently upheld
What We're Looking For
Level 2/3 Early Years qualification or relevant childcare experience
A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
A willingness to learn, develop, and grow within your role
Understanding of EYFS or eagerness to develop your knowledge
