About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and inclusive SEN school. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to gain hands-on experience supporting children with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and communication difficulties.
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Work closely with teachers and therapists to support students' learning and development
- Provide 1:1 and small group support
- Help create a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment
- Learn strategies and interventions that will build your skills and confidence in SEN support
- Play an important role in helping young people achieve their full potential-academically, socially, and emotionally

- A recent graduate (any discipline considered, but psychology, sociology, education, and related fields are highly valued)

- A genuine interest in SEN and supporting young people
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

No prior school experience is required-just the right attitude and a desire to make a difference. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
