We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our growing team at our brand-new secondary school in Redhill, Surrey. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students as we build an inclusive, supportive, and inspiring learning environment from the ground up.
What You'll Be Doing:Providing one-to-one and small group support to students with a range of special educational needs.
Assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons that meet diverse learning needs.
Supporting students' emotional and social development, promoting independence and confidence.
Working closely with the SENCO and wider staff team to ensure every student thrives.
Experience supporting students with SEN in a school or similar setting (desirable but not essential).
A patient, caring, and resilient approach to working with young people.
Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for education.
A team player who is eager to grow and contribute to a new school community.
Competitive salary of £23,000-£25,000 (dependent on experience).
