The Role:As a Waking Night Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our young people throughout the night. You will:
Provide emotional and practical support during night-time hours
Promote independence by assisting with education, household tasks, and life skills
Support young people with daily routines and personal care needs
Contribute to a safe, positive, and nurturing environment
What We're Looking For:
Previous care experience (essential)
Experience supporting SEN needs (e.g., autism, challenging behaviour, personal care, life skills)
Strong behaviour management skills
Excellent communication and listening skills
A positive, enthusiastic, and professional approach
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Flexibility to adapt to changing needs
A current DBS check (Child & Adult Workforce)
