Are you a reliable, hands-on individual looking for flexible work in school environments? Veritas Education is currently recruiting temporary caretakers to support primary and secondary schools across West Yorkshire on an ad hoc and potentially ongoing basis, covering staff absences as and when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Opening and closing school premises
- General maintenance and repairs
- Ensuring health & safety standards are met
- Groundskeeping and cleaning duties
- Supporting site security and emergency procedures
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a caretaker or facilities role (preferred but not essential)
- A proactive and dependable attitude
- Flexibility to work at short notice
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
