Music Teacher (QTS) - Secondary School - Rochdale
Location: Rochdale Start Date: ASAP Contract Type: Full-time, Long-term Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience)
A secondary school in Rochdale is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Music Teacher to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a strong focus on creativity and student engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Teach Music across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Support students of all abilities to achieve their potential
- Contribute to school events and extracurricular music activities
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Music
- Experience teaching Music in a UK secondary school
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
