Site Supervisor - A Key Role in a Caring School CommunityLocation: Bacup Hours: 7am until 10am - 14:30 until 17:30
We're working with a warm and welcoming Primary school that's looking for a dependable and proactive Site Supervisor to join their team. This is a vital role where you'll help ensure the school is safe, clean, and well-maintained - making a real difference to the daily lives of staff and pupils.
What you'll be doing:
- Opening and securing the school site each day
- Carrying out general maintenance and minor repairs
- Keeping the grounds safe and tidy
- Supporting with health & safety checks and compliance
- Liaising with contractors and suppliers when needed
- Being a friendly and approachable presence around the school
What we're looking for:
- Someone reliable, hands-on and proud of their work
- Previous experience in a similar role (school experience is a bonus but not essential)
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance and health & safety
- A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
