Experienced Early Years Practitioner (Term-Time Only) - BD3
Location: BD3, Bradford
Position Type: Term-Time Only

Are you a passionate and creative Early Years Practitioner ready to make a meaningful impact? Our client is seeking a Level 3 qualified professional with 2+ years of hands-on experience in early years settings to join their vibrant nursery team in BD3.
About the RoleAs an experienced practitioner, you'll play a vital role in shaping young minds and supporting their development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. You'll be responsible for:
Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities that support all areas of learning and development
Observing, assessing, and recording children's progress in line with EYFS guidelines
Maintaining accurate and thorough paperwork, including learning journals, progress reports, and safeguarding documentation
Creating a warm, inclusive, and stimulating environment where every child feels safe and valued
Collaborating with colleagues and parents to ensure the best outcomes for children
Bringing fresh ideas and a proactive attitude to enhance the nursery's practice and culture
Requirements
Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent) - essential
Minimum 2 years' experience in an early years setting
Confident with all aspects of paperwork and EYFS documentation
Strong understanding of child development, safeguarding, and inclusive practice
A team player with excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
