Level 3 Early Years Educator - Adel, Leeds

We are looking for a Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our thriving setting in Adel, Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 3+ years of experience who is ready to bring their own ideas, creativity, and enthusiasm to the role.
What We're Looking For:
A Level 3 qualified Early Years Educator (or equivalent).
A minimum of 3 years' experience working within Early Years.
Someone confident in taking ownership of their room - we want you to put your stamp on it!
A strong understanding of the EYFS, child development, and safeguarding practices.
A genuine passion for early childhood education and a drive to deliver outstanding outcomes for children.
A reflective practitioner who is always looking for ways to enhance provision, support learning, and encourage curiosity and independence.
What You'll Be Doing:
Creating a stimulating and inclusive environment where children thrive.
Planning and delivering engaging, child-led and adult-initiated activities in line with the EYFS.
Building strong relationships with children, families, and the wider nursery team.
Leading and inspiring other team members within your room.
Contributing ideas and helping to shape the direction of the setting.
Keeping accurate observations and assessments using best practice approaches.
