Role Overview: As the Office Manager & Admissions Coordinator, you will oversee daily office operations and manage the entire student admissions process. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for education and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management: Oversee school office operations, ensuring smooth functioning and a welcoming environment for students, staff, and parents.
Admissions: Handle all aspects of student admissions, from inquiries to enrollment, ensuring paperwork is accurate and processed efficiently.
Digital Transition: Lead the move to a digital admissions system, utilizing technology to streamline processes.
Attention to Detail: Ensure all terms, conditions, and documentation related to admissions are accurate and compliant.
Collaboration: Work closely with senior staff and departments to ensure effective coordination across school functions.
What We're Looking For:
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with school management software is a plus.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to manage digital transformation projects.
High attention to detail, especially with student records, contracts, and terms.
Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with students, parents, and staff.
Experience in school office management, admissions, or educational settings preferred.
Previous teaching experience or a background as a retired teacher is an advantage.
