SEN Support Staff
Pay: £90-£110 per day
Full-time/ Term Time only

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs?
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Support Staff member to join our inclusive and supportive team. The ideal candidate will work closely with teachers and other professionals to provide tailored support to students with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health challenges.
SEN Support Staff Role:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEN
- Assist in the development and delivery of individual education plans (IEPs)
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
- Support pupils in managing behaviour and promoting independence
- Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external specialists
SEN Support Staff Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children with SEN (in a school or similar setting)
- A patient, empathetic, and resilient nature
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A relevant qualification or training in SEN (desirable but not essential)
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
