About the Role: Join a friendly and welcoming secondary school in Brent as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, starting this September. You'll work alongside dedicated staff, supporting students aged 11-16, including those with special educational needs (SEN). What We're Looking For:
A Bachelor's degree in Science or a Science-related subject
Genuine interest in working with children, especially those with SEN
Experience working with secondary school children (ages 11-16) in any capacity
Right to work in the UK
Willingness to obtain an enhanced DBS check (or be registered on the update service) and provide references
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting students during 4-5 class periods per day
Assisting with classroom activities across Science subjects
Helping children with special educational needs to engage and thrive
Treating all students with respect, kindness, and understanding
