Veritas Education is currently seeking an experienced Cover Supervisor to work in one of our partner secondary schools in Leeds, starting in September 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for someone confident in classroom management and passionate about supporting students' learning.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering pre-set work to classes in the absence of the regular teacher. You'll manage classroom behaviour, ensure students stay on task, and report on progress to teaching staff. This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in a similar role or a strong background in education support.

Previous experience as a cover supervisor or similar school-based role
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
A calm, confident, and professional manner
Flexibility and a willingness to adapt
