Are you an experienced Nursery Manager ready to lead a large, thriving private nursery in the heart of Roundhay, Leeds?
We're looking for a passionate, driven, and highly experienced leader to join our well-established nursery. If you have a track record of running a busy, successful early years setting and are ready for your next exciting challenge - this could be the perfect role for you.
About the Role:
As a Nursery Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall running of the nursery - leading and inspiring a large team, ensuring outstanding childcare, and maintaining excellent relationships with families and staff alike. You'll also oversee compliance, operations, and team development, ensuring the nursery continues to grow and deliver exceptional care.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience managing a large private nursery (minimum 2+ years)
Minimum Level 3 in Early Years (higher-level qualifications desirable)
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Sound knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and nursery compliance
A warm, professional, and approachable manner
