We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our children's residential home. You'll lead a small team of support workers and play a hands-on role in transforming the lives of young people with Autism, Social, Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties, and other complex needs.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead shifts and delegate tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Support children in all aspects of daily life, including emotional support and community integration
- Promote independence, positive behaviour, and life skills
- Safeguard and protect vulnerable young people in line with safeguarding policies
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the home.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years' experience working with children in residential care
- Experience leading or supervising a team
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence
- Confidence, resilience, and a strong team ethos
- Flexibility to work long shifts including overnight sleep-inS.
