Veritas Education is seeking a Qualified Maths Teacher for a thriving secondary school in Leeds, starting September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking department dedicated to high standards and student progress.
The Role:
Deliver high-quality Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 experience a bonus)
Plan, prepare, and adapt lessons to meet the needs of all learners
Mark work accurately and provide timely, constructive feedback
Maintain strong classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment
Track student progress and contribute to departmental planning and intervention
What We're Looking For:
UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
A degree in Maths or a related subject
Proven experience in lesson planning, marking, and behaviour management
Confident classroom presence and the ability to engage and motivate students
Commitment to raising achievement and supporting pupils of all abilities
