Up to £135.00 per day
Veritas Education is seeking a dedicated and confident Cover Supervisor to support a secondary school in Leeds. If you have excellent behavior management skills and enjoy working with young people, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise classrooms during teacher absences, ensuring a productive and focused environment.
Implement effective behavior management strategies to maintain discipline and engagement.
Provide assistance to students with their tasks as directed by the class teacher.
Support students in maintaining good progress and report any concerns to relevant staff.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in a school setting, preferably as a Cover Supervisor or similar role.
Strong behavior management skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
Good communication skills and a proactive approach to supporting students.
Passion for education and a positive attitude toward student development.
