Why Join Us?

Our residential home is set in over 20 acres of beautiful countryside, providing a perfect backdrop for fostering creativity, imagination, and growth. • Motivating, coaching, and developing your team, ensuring their ongoing training and performance improvements.

  • Ensuring compliance with The Children's Home Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards, and driving continuous improvements in practice.

  • This role is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about child development, person-centred care, and leadership in a residential setting.

  • Supervise and mentor a dedicated team of care staff, ensuring high standards of care and support.

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the residential home, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all young people.

  • Plan, organise, and deliver activities that are tailored to the needs and abilities of young people, encouraging positive outcomes.

  • Provide regular feedback to staff through supervision, appraisals, and performance management.

  • Work closely with the wider multi-disciplinary team, including education, clinical, and therapeutic professionals.

  • What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum of a Level 3 RQF Child and Young Person's Workforce qualification (Essential).

  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team in a care or educational setting.

  • Experience working with young people with learning disabilities or special educational needs.

  • Knowledge of regulatory standards, legislation, and best practices in residential care.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with young people and their families.

  • A commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for making a difference.

  • Our Commitment to You:

We believe in providing a supportive and inclusive environment for all employees.
