Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and inspiring Drama lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students
- Foster a love for theatre, performance, and creative expression
- Develop and direct school productions and drama showcases
- Support students in building self-confidence and collaborative skills
- Work closely with other departments to enhance the broader curriculum
- Contribute to extra-curricular activities related to Drama and the Arts
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Drama Teacher with a passion for theatre and the arts
- A creative and innovative approach to teaching
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong classroom management techniques
- Experience in directing school productions or theatre performances is a plus
- A commitment to the personal and academic growth of students
