What we're looking for:
- A Science degree (min lower second)
- Previous experience working with secondary aged children
- Enhanced DBS on the update service
- Right to work in the UK
- A strong understanding of various Special Educational Needs and related support strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents
- Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to supporting the diverse needs of students
