The Role:
- Full-time teaching position within Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2
- Additional responsibility with TLR for subject leadership or phase leadership (to be discussed at interview)
- Working closely with the senior leadership team to drive improvements in teaching and learning
- Inspiring and supporting pupils to reach their full potential
The Ideal Candidate:
✔ A qualified teacher with QTS ✔ Experience teaching within Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 ✔ Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire staff and pupils ✔ A commitment to raising attainment and ensuring high standards of teaching ✔ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
