Veritas Education is looking for enthusiastic Cover Supervisors / Supply Teachers to work in our partner schools across Bradford. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are confident leading a classroom, managing student behaviour, and delivering pre-prepared lesson content.
About the Role:
- Supervising classes in the absence of a teacher
- Delivering pre-planned lessons across various subjects
- Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment
- Supporting students to stay engaged with their work
- Gaining valuable experience in education - ideal for aspiring teachers!
What We're Looking For:
✔ Previous experience working with young people (e.g., tutoring, coaching, youth work, mentoring) ✔ Strong communication and classroom management skills ✔ A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to adapt to different school settings ✔ A degree or relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential ✔ An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
