  • Veritas Education are looking for a Senior Education Recruitment Consultant to join our team in our expanding London Office.

    As a Senior Education Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our company's success by identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier educational candidates for our schools. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop tailored recruitment strategies, and deliver exceptional service throughout the hiring process.

    Responsibilities:

  • Forge strong connections with schools to comprehend their staffing requirements and preferences.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment plans.
  • Coordinate interviews, trial days, and onboarding processes for successful candidates.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to candidates and schools throughout the placement process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments to remain competitive in the recruitment market.
  • Business development with new and existing schools.
  • Meet weekly targets and KPIs set in conjunction with your manager
  • Sourcing and shortlisting CVs, and register education staff to fill school vacancies.
  • Searching jobs sites for CVs
  • Utilising the company database to recruit candidates
  • Writing job adverts to attract candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Writing candidate profiles
  • Key skills required:

  • Previous sales experience.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport.
  • Ability to build relationships.
  • Strong Work Ethic.
