Role Overview:We are seeking passionate and experienced Nursery Practitioners with Level 2 or Level 3 qualifications in Childcare. The ideal candidates will have a genuine love for working with children and the flexibility to travel and support different settings within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0-5 years.
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children's development.
- Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all children in your care.
- Collaborate with other staff to create a nurturing environment.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Support multiple nursery settings as required, adapting to each environment's needs.
Requirements:
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare (essential).
- Proven experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
- A true passion for childcare and early education.
- Strong knowledge of EYFS framework.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to travel and work across various settings.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
