Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with SEN throughout the school day, ensuring their well-being and progress.
- Assist with student administration, helping track and report on individual learning goals.
- Guide students through their day, offering tailored support to ensure a positive, focused learning experience.
- Behaviour management: Help foster a safe and respectful environment, supporting students with appropriate strategies.
- Be an advocate for the students' needs, providing a caring, supportive presence when required.
What we're looking for:
- A graduate in Psychology (preferred) or another relevant subject, or someone with significant experience working with students with SEN, in schools or alternative provisions.
- Experience or understanding of behaviour management strategies.
- A compassionate, patient, and proactive individual, dedicated to supporting the well-being and academic development of students.
- Ideally, previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar role.
Start Date: To be confirmed, pending trial.
