Experienced and Resilient Teaching Assistant Needed
We are looking for a strong and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team, working with a Year 4 class that requires additional behavioural support. This is a job share role focused on providing one-to-one support for a pupil with challenging behaviour.
Key Details:
Position: Teaching Assistant - Year 4 (Job Share)
Working Hours: 11:30am - 3:15pm, Wednesday to Friday
Start Date: Immediate
Responsibilities: One-to-one support for a pupil with behavioural issues.
This role is ideally suited to someone with previous experience in a PRU (Pupil Referral Unit) or a similar setting, who is confident in managing challenging behaviour and building positive relationships.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
