Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)Location: Various Primary Schools, BlackburnSalary: £18 per hourHours: Flexible / Supply
We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA) to work on supply across a variety of primary schools in and around Blackburn. Whether you're passionate about Early Years, KS1, or KS2, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young learners while gaining experience in diverse school environments.
What You'll Do:
- Provide support to children across Early Years, KS1, and KS2, ensuring their academic and social development.
- Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management.
- Cover classes and lead small group interventions when required, helping students progress at their own pace.
What We're Looking For:
- At least a Level 4 TA qualification or equivalent.
- Experience working in primary school settings, across Early Years, KS1, or KS2.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to different school environments.
