Job Title: Early Years Practitioner (Level 3)Location: Headingley, LeedsHours: 40 hours per week, over 4 days
Are you passionate about working with young children? Do you have a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join a well-established nursery in Headingley, Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity for both newly qualified practitioners and experienced professionals with a love for working with children aged 0-5 years.
About the Nursery:
Our clients nursery is a busy, fast-paced environment, providing high-quality care and education to children in their early years. They pride theirselves on offering a family-feel atmosphere, where both staff and children are supported to thrive. Our nursery offers a nurturing and stimulating environment for children, fostering curiosity, creativity, and emotional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years.
- Supporting children's learning through play, structured activities, and outdoor play.
- Building strong relationships with both children and their families.
- Working closely with colleagues to provide a safe and engaging environment.
- Supporting the planning and assessment of children's progress.
- Ensuring safeguarding and health and safety procedures are always followed.
What We're Looking For:
- Level 3 Early Years Practitioner qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience working with children aged 0-5 years.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
- A proactive, energetic, and adaptable approach to work.
- Ability to work well within a team while also using your initiative.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
