✨ Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting students with SEN/SEMH needs in their academic, social, and emotional development.
- Collaborating with teachers and other school staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
- Delivering 1:1 or small group support tailored to individual student needs.
- Promoting positive behavior and fostering a safe, nurturing environment for learning.
- Assisting in the preparation of resources and adapting materials to meet diverse learning needs.
???? Requirements:
- A genuine passion for supporting children and young people with SEN/SEMH.
- Previous experience working with children in an educational or care setting (desirable but not essential).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Resilience, patience, and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic school environment.
- An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
