A vibrant and successful school in Hayes is seeking a Year 4 teacher for a part-time, job share position starting after the February half-term in 2025. Job Overview:
The school is looking for a passionate Year 4 teacher to join a job share arrangement, covering two days a week on Thursdays and Fridays. You will work collaboratively with the other Year 4 teacher to plan and deliver lessons, ensuring a high standard of education is maintained. Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons in Year 4, in line with the school's curriculum.
- Collaborating with the other Year 4 teacher to plan and manage classroom activities effectively.
- Promoting high standards of learning, particularly in literacy and numeracy.
- Ensuring a safe, inclusive, and dynamic learning environment for all students.
- Upholding safeguarding responsibilities and promoting the school's values.
Requirements:
- Experience in teaching Key Stage 2 (KS2), preferably with Year 4.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Recent teaching experience (within the last 5 years).
- Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum, particularly in English and Maths.
- A creative, enthusiastic, and organized approach to teaching.
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
