Are you a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity to inspire and educate young minds? Veritas Education is seeking a talented individual to join a dynamic secondary school in Huddersfield, starting in January 2025.
About the Role:
- Teach engaging and innovative Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Foster a love for learning and curiosity in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
- Plan, deliver, and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Encourage and support students to reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with a committed and supportive department.
- Participate in extracurricular activities and contribute to the school community.
About You:
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Have experience teaching Science in a secondary school setting.
- Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and the ability to inspire students.
- Exhibit excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
NQTs/ECTs are welcome to apply, as are experienced educators looking for their next challenge.
